Revive Children's Camp is for ages entering 3rd through 6th graders. Directors will be the Rev. Dr. Rusty Freeman and Chelsea Lytle and the wonderful Revive Team. Cost is $400. *All participants must print and sign this Glen Lake Camp Waiver in addition to the online registration form for Revive Summer Children's Camp.
